Cosumnes River put on a dominant performance Tuesday night, rolling to a commanding 104–60 victory over American River behind a balanced attack and relentless energy on both ends of the floor.
The Hawks set the tone early, exploding for 51 first-half points and never looking back. Mason Marsh led the charge with 22 points and a game-high 11 rebounds, while Kainoa Marasco added 18 points and four assists to keep the offense humming. Cosumnes shot an efficient 53 percent from the field and knocked down 12 three-pointers in a display of offensive firepower.
Off the bench, Brandon Wasserman provided a major spark, pouring in 14 points on 4-of-5 shooting from beyond the arc in just 21 minutes. His sharpshooting helped stretch the lead even further in the second half as Cosumnes River outscored American River 53–35 after the break.
