Wasserman Sparks Hawks with 15 Points in 78–52 Win Over Reedley
Cosumnes River rolled to a dominant 78–52 win over Reedley behind balanced scoring, strong interior play, and stifling defense. Mason Marsh led all scorers with 19 points while stuffing the stat sheet with 14 rebounds, five assists, two steals, and five blocks, anchoring the Hawks on both ends of the floor. Brandon Wasserman provided a huge spark off the bench, pouring in 15 points on an efficient 6-of-9 shooting, including three triples. Deshawn Shears was nearly perfect, scoring 14 points on 7-of-8 shooting while adding six blocks to fuel Cosumnes River's defensive effort.
The Hawks controlled the glass with a 43–27 rebounding advantage and shot an impressive 57.4% from the field. Aaron Gillyard orchestrated the offense with seven assists, while Jake Williams and Arthur Grady Jr. combined for 15 rebounds to help limit second-chance opportunities. Cosumnes River's depth and defense proved too much, as the Hawks forced turnovers, protected the rim with 12 blocks, and cruised to a convincing victory.
