SAN FRANCISCO (3-2) – After winning their first round game on Tuesday against Lassen College, the Hawks traveled to San Francisco to take on CCCMBCA #1 City College of San Francisco. The Rams defeated the Hawks 92-71.
In the first half, the Hawks played neck-and-neck with the Rams. The Hawks kept the game close and trailed 45-40 at halftime.
In the second half, the Rams methodically built their lead leading to the twenty-one point victory.
Marcus Robinson and Khari Hutt had thirteen points apiece. Paul Ohiri had eleven points and Sean Granucci had nine points.
The Hawks finish their season 17-13 and ranked 26th in the state.
