SANTA ROSA (10-2) – Cosumnes River men's soccer team entered yesterday's match on a six-match unbeaten streak after a comfortable 5-1 win against the Pirates of Modesto Junior College.
Unfortunately, the streak came to a stop after a disappointing 3-0 loss to the Bear Cubs of Santa Rosa Junior College.
The Bear Cubs registered twenty-one shots and six corner kicks while the Hawks registered four shots, three of those were on goal.
Next up for the Hawks is a critical Big 8 Conference match against conference leading San Joaquin Delta College on Friday in Stockton at 2 pm.
