CRC Men's Soccer Team Make it 2 In A Row By Beating the Pirates of MJC  2-1

(Sacramento) - The CRC men's soccer team make it 2 in a row after grinding out a 2-1 win over the Pirates of Modesto Junior College. 

#26 Andrew Covert was able to get his first goal of the year from short rang off an assist by #18 Christopher Reveles in the 40th minute

5min into the second half #16 Osamah Al-Janabi gets an unassisted goal to give the Hawks a 2-0 lead. But in the 61st min MJC's #10 Jose Becerra gets a goal back with plenty of time to get the equalizer

The Hawks were able to hold off MJC's pressure and earn the 2-1 win. #0 Hector Grajeda was credited with the win and recorded 2 saves as the Hawks registered 9 short with 4 on goal. 

It was a spirited affair with the referee issuing 4 yellow  cards (2 to each team) and a red card at the end of the match to a MJC player.
