Hawks have the # 10 seed in NORCAL Basketball...

Possibly due to strength of schedule Hawks have a lower seed than Santa Rosa. Big 8 Coach of the Year Devin Aye is thrilled with the spot, even though it is on the road against Contra Costa CC. Aye thinks it is a great venue to play at and the seeding spot is a good one for the Hawks because it might avoid the higher seed until some of the playoff jitters have been swept away. 

Kudos also go to Gerard Andrus for being named the Big 8 MVP for this year. Johann Tate Jr. and Leondre Lintz were named to the All-Conference team as well and Kenny Doss and Will White were Honorable Mention for the season. The playoffs are calling and the Hawks will play first on Friday the 26th at Contra Costa CC the #7 seed who compiled a 23-7 record on the year. You can find the final CCCAA State rankings here:
